- Virtual Studio (Virtual Sets): an optional compositing module that renders WeatherPresenter content into a 3d scene; it composites 2d overlays on top of content types that cannot normally take them, such as full-screen video
- Weather Designer: a content-authoring tool used to build smart objects, templates, and data bindings for map-based visuals; formerly called Daviz or Daviz3d
- Weather Panorama: a template-driven, render-only 3d visualization tool that uses real elevation data; it was formerly known as terra or terra3d
- Weather Presenter: the flagship application serving as a layout and rundown tool; used for assembling reusable smart building blocks on a timeline to tell a weather story
