What it means:
- Email address is not registered in Axis
What to do:
- Check for typos, make sure you use the entire email (not just alias) or contact your Axis administrator.
8.2. Incorrect Email or Password
What it means:
- Email or password is incorrect
What to do:
- Check for typos, try resetting your password.
8.3. User Is disabled / Account Disabled
What it means:
- Your user has been disabled.
What to do:
- Contact your Axis administrator.
8.4. Password Attempts Exceeded
What it means:
- Too many failed login attempts.
What to do:
- Reset your password using “Forgot password?”.
8.5. Reset Password Email Expiration
What it means:
- Reset Password email has expired.
What to do:
- Request a new reset password email via Forgot Password.
8.6. Workspace’s Chyron URL Format Is Invalid
What It means:
- The workspace name is in an incorrect format.
What to do:
- Enter it in the format your-workspace.chyron.com (no https://, no trailing slash). For Example KasiaOkta1.chyron.com
8.7. Unsupported Provider
What it means:
- The workspace name is in the correct format, but no workspace exists with that name.
What to do:
- Double-check for typos.
- Confirm the exact workspace URL with your Axis administrator.
