Can I change my email address?
No, email is the primary and permanent user identifier in Axis. If your email changes, contact your Axis administrator to create a new account
Can I use more than one IdP?
Yes — if your Axis organization has enabled it, you may be able to log in using different Identity Providers (IdPs) as long as they are linked to the same email address (registered in Axis)
What if I forget my password?
Use the Axis “Forgot Password” feature on the Axis login page.
Can I set up MFA for my account?
Not directly in Axis. MFA can only be managed in your organization’s Identity Provider (e.g., Google, Okta, Microsoft Entra ID) and controlled by admin policy.
Can I update my phone number?
Yes. Navigate to My Account in Axis and update your phone number in the standard Phone field. Make sure it’s in the correct format:
- International: +XXXXXXXXXXX
- US: XXX-XXX-XXXX
